Training Programs

Our larger group training sessions of up to 12 participants. This is a total body workout for all fitness levels. These constantly changing workouts will address all aspects of fitness utilizing multiple types of equipment and functional movements. The dynamic group environment creates camaraderie in a fun, high energy, and motivating environment.



Our fully customized personal training sessions for small groups of up to 4. You will benefit from the support and motivation of a group along with the individual attention of our specialized personal training. Using functional exercise movements these workouts are specifically designed for you based on your unique goals to create the quick and lasting results you want.


SPT Plus is our unique blend of Specialized Personal Training and Team Training. Here we allow clients to custom design a combination of our small and large group sessions. This gives clients the ultimate in scheduling flexibility and training frequency.

Nutrition

Nutrition is a key component to our results based programs and your healthy lifestyle.  Nutrition guidelines are
included in all of our programs as part of your customized fitness plans.
